Conversations with a young women's coach

This work is part of the Gallagher High-Performance Academy's Coaches Internship Program, which focuses on talent identification, professional support, championing the next generation of international coaches, developing existing coaching talent, and identifying opportunities for new coaches and other high-performance roles.

This session is inspired by the book "Conversations with a Young Teacher" by Leandro Karnal, an important Brazilian philosopher and writer. In this work, Karnal shares experiences, lessons, and reflections from his journey as a teacher to inspire and facilitate other teachers' paths. I've created this page believing we can all grow and learn as women's rugby coaches by sharing knowledge, engaging in discussions, and forming new connections.
